Event Details

The Course:

The course is a  4.5 mile loop with 330ft of elevation gain. A mix of rolling hills on dirt jeep roads, winding single track mountain bike trail, and a short paved section. The course is almost entirely in the woods.

​

Start Time: 5:09 am - 6 hour, 8 hour, 15.5, 24 hour

                    8:41 pmD- Dusk to Dawn 8.5 hour

Aid Stations / Food: This is a GREEN event!
Each participant is required to carry a water bottle/hydration pack. There will be some great ultra staples available at the start/finish line. You will pass this point every lap. There is a self serve aid stations at the half way point with water and Tailwind.

  • Start/Finish Aid Station - Will be stocked with the usual assortment of snacks, pretzels, bananas, cookies, water and Tailwind. Who knows what else may appear to get you through the hours...

  • Mid-course Aid Station - There will be a self-serve hydration station at 2.25 miles with water and Tailwind.


Massage: The Start/Finish area will have a massage therapist available for all our runners from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., courtesy of our sponsor, Restore U Solutions and Christine Wolf.

 

Swag and Awards:

We all love event goodies! And, that is why each registered participant will receive a short sleeve shirt. Additionally, upon finishing, runners will receive a finisher award locally made by Sunset Hill Stoneware.​

Top Male and top Female of each event will receive a special award custom made award created by Joelle White from The Globe Clay Center in Mineral Point, WI.

Pacer / Crew Information

CREW Rules:

  • Be courteous and obey any requests from race officials.

  • Crew must review and be familiar with ALL rules.

  • Crew must be courteous while using restrooms (runners first).

  • Crew may only park in authorized areas.

  • Crew may only support runner and pacer within 100 feet of an official aid station.

  • Crew must allow participants to receive aid before getting supplies for their runner.

  • At the start/finish area, crew must set up past the aid station tent so there is no interference with lap counting.

  • RULES violations could result in your runner receiving a disqualification.


PACER Rules:

  • Pacers are ONLY allowed for the 15.5 and 24 Hour events.

  • Pacing is ONLY allowed after 1PM.

  • Pacers must register at the main event tent (start/finish line) prior to pacing. All pacers will complete and sign a medical and release form. If a pacer is under 18 years old they will need a guardian to sign on their behalf.

  • Only one pacer is allowed per runner at any given time.

  • Pacers will stay with runner at all times - no running ahead to fill bottles, get food, or access drop bag.

  • Pacers may not mule for their runner - no carrying runner supplies.

Refunds, Deferrals or Transfers

This event will be held regardless of the weather conditions! There are NO refunds or deferrals for this event, You may however transfer your bib to another runner before June 24, 2026.

Results will be calculated based on how many loops you run in the time limit of the event you have chosen. Ties in distance are decided by time. You are not required to run the full time. Runner may stop to rest at any time but the clock keeps going. Laps will be counted for each competitor, and information about each runner’s progress will be available during the run.
