4.5 miles
330 ft elevation gain
The course has been length has been adjusted this year due to changes in the single track. We will be running clockwise with the start finish line in front of Fogle Hall, the camp lodge. After a short section on the camp road, we head into the woods with a .95 mile section of single track. From there the course follows around on the dirt road for 2.1 miles before another .4 mile section of single track. Then another short section of pavement that runs by the cabins and heads down by the Pigeon Lake. From the lake we got back up past more cabins, around past the back of the lodge and back to the road for a quick finish to the 4.5 mile loop. The majority of the course is in the woods. The new course avoids the low section of the road from last year. There has been a lot or work done to improve the course including work on the single track, plus several drainage projects to eliminate any deep puddles in the roads.
The main aid station will be on the porch of Fogle Hall with the drop bag area right across the road. We are also adding a second, self service aid station at the halfway point that with have water and Gatorade.
