WEATHER
The weather forecast has been all over the place this year. Come prepared for anything,

We will have cooling towels at the main aid station. You also pass by the lake each lap. There is a sand beach there which makes it easy to take a quick dip and cool off.

We will provide ground tarps for drop bags but they will be exposed to the weather. Be sure your bags are water proof.

MASSAGE
Christine Wolf is back for her 13th year of helping our runners stay out on the course!

She will be on site starting at 9AM next to the Start/Finish aid station. Make sure to say hello to our 'Massage Therapist To The STARS', even if you don't need her magic hands.

TIMING
Timing this year will again be by OnYourMarks Timing. We will have a gun start with chip timing to track your laps. There will also be a clock at the halfway point. You can get credit for a half lap in the last hour if you make it there before time runs out. To get credit, you will need to carry your phone and take a picture of the clock. This is different from past year. The change is due to equipment issues in the past. If two people complete the same number of laps, time is the tiebreaker.
The timing chip is in a shoe tag which you will return in exchange for your finisher bowl.
There will be live results race day. Watch FaceBook for the link.

 AID STATION
There will be one full aid station this year. It will be located at the start/finish and it will be fully stocked with all the normal goodies to keep you going. The sports drink this year is Tailwind. There will also be an un-staffed aid station with water and Tailwind at the halfway point.

NO CUPS!
In an effort to reduce waste (and litter) we have all seen at running events, we will be going cup-less again this year.

Plan ahead and bring your water bottle or hydration pack and a collapsible cup you can carry. You can also leave a small cup with your name on it at the main aid station. Our volunteers will help you refill.

AWARDS
All runners in the endurance events will receive a finisher's bowl this year. They are made the Sunset Hill Stoneware in Neenah. The same company that has made our mugs in the past.
First place male and female runners in each event will receive an additional custom, handmade ceramic tumbler. They were crafted and wood fired by Joelle White of the Globe Clay Center in Mineral Point, WI.
