Camp Sinawa is situated on 280 acres of land on Pigeon Lake near Valders, WI. The land was purchased and protected in 1920 for the sake of outdoor recreation and education opportunities for youth. Camp has a rich history of scouting. It is non-profit, non-sectarian and state licensed. The facilities we offer include a large dining hall with a fully stocked kitchen, shower house, dormitory and cabins for rent year round for your large group or your individual family. Much of the property is managed forest consisting of mixed deciduous forest at the northern edge of the kettle morraine. Past charity partners:
At Girls on the Run, we inspire girls to recognize their inner strength and celebrate what makes them one of a kind. Over the course of the ten-week program, girls in 3rd-8th grade develop essential skills to help them navigate their worlds and establish a lifetime appreciation for health and fitness. The program culminates with girls positively impacting their communities through a service project and being physically and emotionally prepared to complete a celebratory 5K event.
